Reconditioned Printers

IDS are able to supply a wide range of reconditioned band printers, impact printers and line printers at very competitive prices. Each can be supplied with one of our connectivity solutions to ensure that it connects to and is compatible with your existing source device(s).

The following procedures have been performed on all our reconditioned printers:

  • External covers resprayed.
  • Band cleaning assembly cleaned, refurbished or replaced.
  • Tractor assembly cleaned, refurbished or replaced.
  • Operators panel cleaned, refurbished or replaced.
  • Ribbon separator cleaned, refurbished or replaced.
  • Ribbon guard cleaned, refurbished or replaced.
  • Dust protector cleaned, refurbished or replaced.
  • Hammers adjusted, cleaned, refurbished or replaced.
  • Print quality adjusted.
  • PCBs modified to required level.
  • Manuals and print sample supplied.

A direct replacement for the Fujitsu M3033 and Fujitsu M3034 would be an FP2000 (BUS & TAG). Please contact us now for more details about replacing your M3033 or M3034.

Remanufacturing Service

Your existing band printer, impact printer or line printer can be remanufactured by IDS. Simply ship the printer to the IDS offices where we will conduct the following service:

  • Disassemble and fully clean.
  • Replace all wearing parts.
  • Upgrade to the latest revision level.
  • Reset all mechanical and electrical adjustments to their original specification.
  • Fully test and burn-in for 24 hours.
  • Repaint cabinet.
The remanufactured printer is returned with a 12 month warranty.
